What are the office holiday hours?

Over the holidays the Games offices will be closed from December 19 - 30. If you have a question email info@awg2018.org or todd@awg2018.org. Have a fantastic holiday season!

Where are the games being held?

How big will the Games be?

The games will have over 155 officials, 100 cultural performers, and 2,000 volunteers

Which sports are involved?

The 2018 Arctic Winter Games is currently set to feature 19 sports, in four categories: Traditional sports - Arctic sports (eg high kick, kneel jump, arm pull) - Dene games (eg finger pull, snowsnake, pole push) - Dog mushing Nordic sports - Biathlon ski - Biathlon snowshoe - Cross country skiing - Snowshoeing - Snowboarding Indoor sports - Badminton - Basketball - Gymnastics - Soccer - Table Tennis - Volleyball - Wrestling Ice sports - Curling - Figure skating - Hockey - Speed skating

When will the Games be held?

The 25th edition of the Arctic Winter Games will be held March 18-24, 2018.

Who takes part in the Arctic Winter Games?

The participating teams are: Alaska, Greenland, Northern Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavik, Nunavut, Sapmi, Yamal and Yukon
